  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping incurs an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the order.

      International orders typically take between 10 - 20 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country. For faster delivery, please select our express shipping option at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our courier partner's website. If you do not receive tracking information within the specified time, please contact our customer support.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier service will make one or two additional delivery attempts. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery or issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We require photos of both the product and packaging to assess the situation. We will either replace the item or initiate a refund, depending on product availability.

  • Lost Packages: If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. We will collaborate with our courier service to investigate and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. Important Information

  • Delivery to PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a full residential or business address for delivery.

  • Multiple Shipments: For orders containing multiple items, we may ship products separately depending on stock availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
