- Items must be in original condition, unused, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for size or color issues if these options were clearly stated on the product page. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Intimate wear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or final sale items
